Mr. Akinbola, a surveyor, is presently the Managing Director of Lekki Realty Nigeria Limited having successfully held various executive positions in both the private and public sectors including the Nigerian Mapping company and The New Town Development Authority.

A University graduate of distinction in Land Surveying and an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Mr. Akinbola is a full member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors, Chartered member of The Nigerian Institute of Management, full member of The Institute of Directors and Fellow of  The Certified Board of Administrators of Nigeria.

Mr. Akinbola, a tourism and sports enthusiast is on the board of many reputable companies and has continued to bring his enviable wealth of experience to bear on the board of Mutual Alliance Insurance Brokers Limited.

Bolanle A. Ogundijo is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He is also an alumnus of The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso where he took an Executive Masters in Business Administration, (Marketing). In addition, he is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan African University, where he obtained a certificate in Senior Management Program (SMP24).

Ogundijo is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria by examination.
He started his insurance career with Ban-Doy (Brokers) Company now Three Ds Insurance Brokers Limited in 1985 and later joined Merchant Alliance Insurance Brokers Limited in 1991 as an Executive, this broking firm metamorphosed to become Cornerstone Insurance Plc., where he rose to the position of Senior Manager.

Ogundijo has vast experience both in broking, underwriting and marketing of insurance products. He contributed immensely to the setting up of Kaduna and Ibadan branch offices of Cornerstone Insurance Plc., and headed their Lagos Brokers Market till July, 2005, before joining Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc as an Assistant General Manager, Corporate Marketing. He is a member of the famous Ikoyi Club 1938 and Apapa Club.

James Yinusa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Lagos State University.  He started his Insurance career with Hogg Robinson Nigeria, one of  the foremost Insurance broking firms in Africa – Hogg Robinson Nigeria where he received a thorough professional grounding rising to become an Assistant Manager.

Halfway through the year 2001, he joined the dynamic marketing team of the First Chartered Insurance Company Limited.

He subsequently moved to Mascot Insurance Brokers at Senior Management level and was the General Manager for five years up until March, 2012. James Yinusa is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, U.K. He holds also, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing from the University of Calabar, and has attended diverse courses ranging from Management Development, Corporate Governance to Selling, and, Service Excellence, particularly at the Lagos Business School, (Pan African University). He is a member of the Lagos Country Club and enjoys meeting people, and car racing.

 

Dr. Ndubuisi Okaro is the Managing Director of Pinn Network, a company that specializes in Banking automation products and transaction processing.  The company’s clientele consists of all the major banks.  He graduated in 1992 with a bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from University of Benin, Benin City.  He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos.  He is a member of the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria.

“A Career Entrepreneur” as he would call himself, he is well experienced in undertaking projects with corporate as well as governmental bodies involving  Information Technology, Education, Telecoms and Banking.

Having been involved in several large scale projects, he has deep understanding of the workings of various key sectors of the economy.

Chukwuemeka Francis graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri,  Imo State with a Bachelor of Engineering in Material & Metallurgical Engineering.

His Insurance experience took off with Mascot Insurance Brokers Limited where he was Unit Head of Marketing responsible for coordinating business development activities ranging from collating renewals, cross – selling to relationship marketing and new business acquisition.

He subsequently moved to Nnebuch Nigeria Limited (Oil & Gas) and gathered valuable knowledge in oil & gas, down stream operations and marketing.

Francis is an Information Technology enthusiast and also loves meeting people.

Rosemary is in charge of the general administrative operations of the company. She holds the Higher National Diploma in Banking & Finance and had worked in various capacities with Man-Mountain Insurance Brokers Limited before joining Mutual Alliance Insurance Brokers Limited.

She has vast experience in general insurance underwriting and marketing and enjoys listening to inspirational songs, reading and, meeting  people.
